-To ensure load bearing capcity of rooftop should be complience from client.
-Net-metring time line variable as this is totally depend upon NEPRA/LESCO/SOCIETY rules and regulation
-Final payment is not depend upon netmetring process completion
-Payment should be done according to schedule providedd at the start of project
-This Quote is Valid for 2 Days Time.
-This quote is in accordance to 1USD= 308.0 PKR, any fluctuation in Dollar rate will be borne by the client that will include PV
Panels, inverters and Cables.

Terms

Indicative Price:

PKR (—————), which is based on USD-PKR exchange rate of [285] PKR = 1 USD as the date of this quotation.

The impact of any depreciation in PKR with respect to the USD-PKR   exchange rate forms part of the total product price will be charged to the customer as set out below.

Price Validity:

Price quoted is valid for two (2) days from the date of quotation or the date of conformation/acceptance of order from customer, whichever comes earlier.

Installation Time:

Within 10-15 working days after the conformation of order

Payment Terms:

80% advance payment, 10% after delivery 0f materials and 10 % after commission.

Note:

No payment will be withheld after the commissioning of project

Operation & Maintenance:

1 year free-of-cost O&M services as per prevailing company policy. Thereafter, Customer will be charged for O&M subject to contract.

Net Metering:

Net Metering approximate time will be 45 working days after commissioning. The company will assist in net metering process by providing all necessary documents like application forms, inspection certificate, installation layout, SLDs ,AEDB license  and site plan that are required for net-metering.

Note:

Customer’s Scope prior to net metering:

Internet facility for online monitoring

Sanction load change (if required).

Conversion from single Phase meter to 3 phases Meter (if required).

Product Warranty:

Solar Inverter: 05 Years

Solar Panels: 12 years workmanship & 25 years performance.

Warranty will be void if damaged by customer’s carelessness or fault.

Inverter warranty will be approved after fault test report.

Damage occurred due to grid will not be claimed in inverter warranty.
